Kecoughtan High graduating senior heading to U.S. Military Academy

Justin R. Fenn is headed to the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, N.Y.

Fenn is a Kecoughtan High School graduate. He received his appointment during his high school’s awards presentation ceremony from retired Army Col. Tex Turner, representing the academy.

Fenn will report to the academy on July 2 to begin cadet training.
