Residential specialist sells Fox Hill/Hallwood 3BD

Neal A. Rosenbaum sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2012 Richard Ave. in Fox Hill/Hallwood to Ettrula F. Daniel for $145,000 on April 2.

Rosenbaum paid $50,000 for the property in Oct. 2011. The 1,000-square-foot house was built in 1962 in Fox Hill/Hallwood.

Rosenbaum is a certified residential specialist and the founder and owner of Virginia Commonwealth Realty, a real estate property management company.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 115 home sales in Fox Hill/Hallwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $179,900.
