Football: Alandus Beggs, Virginia State University

Alandus Beggs had one solo tackle in Virginia State University's 39-14 loss to Virginia Union University on Saturday.

Beggs is a 2008 graduate of Phoebus High School. He is a senior linebacker on the football team at Virginia State, where he is majoring in sports management. Beggs is from Hampton.
